We only collect and process personal data necessary to provide the functionality of the Service. We do not use your data for advertising or tracking purposes.

User ID
Full name
Date of birth
Profile picture (if provided)
Favorite disciplines
Profile description
Workouts, training notes, and results
Event calendar data (training sessions and competitions)
Saved workouts
Performance insights and analytics generated within the app
Team relationships (e.g., coaches, athletes, training partners)
Error and crash data via Firebase Crashlytics (e.g., device type, app version, crash logs)
Payments are processed by third parties (Apple, Google, Stripe via RevenueCat)
We do not store your payment details
We use your data only to:
Provide and operate the Service
Enable training planning, analysis, and insights
Enable team collaboration features
Maintain and improve app performance and stability
Process subscriptions via third-party providers
We process your personal data based on:
Contractual necessity – to provide the Service you signed up for
Legitimate interests – to maintain and improve the Service (e.g., debugging via Crashlytics)
Legal obligations – where applicable
We do not sell or share your personal data for advertising.
We only share data with the following processors:
Google Firebase (Google LLC) – authentication, database (Firestore), storage, and crash reporting
RevenueCat – subscription management
Stripe – payment processing (web)
Apple App Store / Google Play Store – in-app purchases
These providers process data on our behalf under appropriate data protection agreements.
Most of your data is stored within the European Economic Area (EEA) via Firebase (Belgium, Netherlands, Finland).
However, some data (such as authentication data) may be processed in the United States.
Where data is transferred outside the EEA, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs).
We retain your personal data only as long as your account exists.
When you delete your account, your data is deleted immediately
We do not retain backups of personal data
Payment-related records are handled and retained by third-party providers (e.g., Stripe) as required by law.
Your profile information (such as full name and profile description) may be visible to other users to enable team functionality.
Training data may be shared with team members depending on their role (e.g., coach, athlete).
You control who you add to your team.
You have the right to:

You can exercise most of these rights directly within the app, or by contacting us.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
We take appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including the use of trusted infrastructure providers such as Google Firebase.
The Service is available to users aged 13 and older.
Users under 18 must have consent from a parent or legal guardian.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.
Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated policy.
