By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
The Track Team is a training tool for track and field athletes and coaches. It provides features including training planning, analysis, AI-generated workout suggestions, and team collaboration tools.
The Service is intended for general training guidance only and does not constitute medical or professional advice.
You use the Service at your own risk.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian, who agrees to these Terms on your behalf.
You are responsible for:
Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
All activities that occur under your account
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, without notice, if you violate these Terms or misuse the Service.
We are not responsible for any loss of data or account access.
Access to the Service requires a paid subscription.
Subscriptions are available on a monthly or yearly basis
Payments are processed via Apple App Store, Google Play Store, or Stripe
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled
All purchases are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.
You are responsible for managing and cancelling your subscription through the relevant platform.
You may upload and create content, including profile information, workouts, notes, and results.
You retain ownership of your content. However, you grant The Track Team a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, and display your content within the Service.
We may remove any content that is:
Illegal
Abusive or harmful
Misleading or inappropriate
You agree not to:
Use the Service for unlawful purposes
Harass, abuse, or harm other users
Provide false or misleading information
Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Service
We may take action, including account termination, if you violate these rules.
By using team features:
Your profile information (including full name and profile description) may be visible to other users
Team members may access training-related data based on their role (e.g., coach, athlete, training partner)
You are responsible for managing who you add to your team.
The Service provides general training guidance only and is not medical advice.
You are solely responsible for:
Your training decisions
Your physical condition and health
You should consult a qualified professional before engaging in any training program.
The Track Team is not responsible for any injuries, health issues, or damages resulting from your use of the Service.
All rights in the Service, including software, design, and content (excluding user content), are owned by The Track Team.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the Service.
We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without liability.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Track Team shall not be liable for any:
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Loss of data, profits, or business
Personal injury or health-related damages arising from or related to your use of the Service.
These Terms are governed by the laws of The Netherlands.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of The Netherlands.
We may update these Terms from time to time.
Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
